Ce-a de-a doua editie a Festivalului International de Teatru de Strada a fost destul de ok anul asta, desi comparand cu anul trecut a fost mai slabuta, cel putin show-ul din ultima zi nu a avut spectculozitatea celui din 2008 cand strazile din zona Pietei Constitutiei mocneau de fum rosu, artificii si tunuri cu poleiala.
